Grounded in your catalog
Prices, variants and stock come from your synced Shopify catalog, kept current by Shopify webhooks. The assistant is instructed never to invent them.
You set the scope
You choose which product metafields the AI can see, none by default. Order lookup is optional, read-only, and only for logged-in shoppers.
Protected by design
Shopify tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and webhooks are signature-verified. Chablyy never writes to your theme.

What does Chablyy do?
Chablyy is an AI storefront assistant for Shopify. It answers shoppers’ questions in a chat on your store using your products, your policies and, if you turn it on, order status. It hands conversations to your team whenever you want.
How do I install it?
Add Chablyy from the Shopify App Store, choose a plan, and switch on the Chablyy Chat app embed in your theme editor. Setup takes a few minutes.
Does it change my theme?
No. Chablyy is a theme app embed: you switch it on or off in the theme editor, and it never edits your theme’s code.
Can shoppers check their order status?
Yes, for logged-in shoppers, once you turn on order lookup. It’s read-only, and guests are asked to log in first.
What if the assistant can’t answer?
With handoff turned on, a shopper can ask for a person: the chat lands in your inbox under “Needs reply”, and the email addresses you chose are notified. AI replies can be imperfect, so you can review every conversation in your inbox.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $24 a month and are billed through Shopify. Starter includes a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time.

Yes, on Growth and Pro.
Is my customers’ data safe?
Chablyy asks Shopify only for the access it needs, encrypts the access tokens it stores, and verifies webhook signatures. The Security and privacy page lists everything Chablyy accesses and why.
